The listed building in an exclusive part of the city, was subject to stringent building and planning regulations. The client’s demand was clear: the work had to be completed to the highest possible standards.
The Solution
Our approach to the Dublin Street project was unconventional yet precise. We worked within the bounds of strict regulations while reimagining the space both visually and technically. Our team maximised usable space while adhering to safety measures. This included installing bespoke stairs and meticulously handling structural elements and sealing, all while focusing on energy efficiency.
